Social Hall
The Belle Valley Fire Department Social Hall is the perfect facility to hold a variety of events at an affordable price. Our facility can comfortably host your reception, seminar, party, meeting, luncheon, dinner, stag, floorshow, or any other event.
Our convenient location is easy to find and is just minutes from several major roadways, hotels and attractions. Interstate 90 is just a mile to the south, while the Bayfront Highway (Connector) is just three minutes to our east. Downtown Erie, Presque Isle Downs & Casino, Peach Street, Erie International Airport and the beaches of Presque Isle State Park are just minutes away.
The Social Hall is located in the rear of the fire station with a separate entrance away from the emergency vehicles. The hall is fully handicapped accessible and boasts several amenities to make your event even more attractive.
Inside the facilities main entrance is a common area for gathering with coat racks. The entire facility is heated and air-conditioned. All tables are six or eight foot in length and the chairs are all wooden folding type.
The Main Hall is large enough to accommodate up to 300 guests in a room that is 74’x46’ (3404 sq ft). An accompanying smaller hall is 21’x34’ (714 sq ft) that can sit another 50 people or be used as a serving area, display room or whatever may suit your needs. A beverage bar and a small corner stage are also included. The Main Hall is equipped with a smoke diminishing system and a ceiling mounted dance floor light.
Other amenities include a large lighted parking lot, a public address system, an ice machine and a kitchen for use by the renter or outside caterer. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, commercial gas stove and ovens, coffee maker, two sinks and more than adequate countertop space. A vending machine with Coke products is located in the smaller accompanying hall.
Separate male and female restroom facilities are located off the Main Hall by the corner stage. A multi-use bathroom is located off the accompanying hall.
While enjoying your event, we want you to feel safe. Our facility is equipped with the most up to date protection systems available including heat and smoke detectors integrated into the fire alarm system, a fully sprinkled building and several closed circuit cameras. For your convenience and safety there are multiple building exits. And in instances when the power goes out, a large outdoor generator keeps your event going with no interruption.
