DESCRIPTION:
BVFD responded with Engine 362 to a working house fire on Hannon Road in Brooksides district Wednesday afternoon. Engine 242 was first to arrive and reported a working fire. After several minutes additional apparatus was requested by command including BVFD. Upon our arrival we were ordered to the basement to check for extension and perform overhaul. Engine 362's crew worked on scene for about an hour and a half before returning to Station 36. Nobody was home at the time of the blaze and there were no injuries. The fire investigation is being handled by Brokside Fire officials.
