Upon arrival of Chief 360 there was nothing showing from the three story garden style apartment building. After investigating it was found that the apartment had heavy smoke inside. First in Engine 423 went in and advised the fire was out and ventilation was needed. Truck 369X was ordered to vent the structure. The incident was handled by Engine 423, Engine 363 and Truck 369X, all other companies staged and returned.
