Morning Rt 505 Collision

DESCRIPTION:
One person was taken to the hospital after a morning rush hour accident. The collision occurred in front of the Pepsi Bottling Co. on New Perry Hwy when a vehicle slowed down and was rear ended by another vehicle. One vehicle left the road and came to rest in a small field alongside Pepsi's driveway while the other vehicle managed to drive into a nearby parking lot. Both vehicles ended up having moderate to heavy damage. Crews from Rescue 368 aided in packaging the lone patient in the vehicle at the Pepsi driveway while Engine 362 reported to the other vehicle. Millcreek Police were also on scene.
