Chief’s Page
Thank you for checking out our web site. It took several months finding the right designer, coming up with a concept, and then developing the site into what you’re looking at. We want this website to be a place that you can find almost everything there is to know about the Belle Valley Fire Department.

Chief John Semple
This fire department has been around since 1938. In that time we have had over twenty vehicles, three firehouses and so many dedicated people.
Since I have been a member I can truly say that I have built life long friendships. I have found a career because of BVFD. I have learned so many things that a person not involved in this type of business could ever imagine. I’ve seen things most people shouldn’t have to see. And of course…I’ve got to ride on fire trucks!
I am truly proud to say I am a member of the Belle Valley Fire Department. I am proud of the people in this department. And I am proud to be the Chief here. I strive to do what is best for this department, it’s members and its integrity. We have progressed immensely in the past 20 years and I want to see it continue. There will be many changes in the near future to the fire service in Millcreek Township, all for one cause: a better service for the people of Millcreek. That in turn makes all of us better.
Thank You.
