Franklin Twp FD Chief Dies in MVA
Chief David M. Flint, of the Franklin Twp FD outside of Edinboro, was fatally injured in a motor vehicle accident. The wreck occurred on Route 6N in Edinboro while they were enroute to the station to conduct the department weekly training drill Thursday. In the car with him was Deputy Chief Sharon Petri who was seriously injured.
Chief Flint served 10 years of dedicated service to the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department.
